CEO & PRINCIPAL OF ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
Steve Nelson
Steve has been designing, selling, and managing residential construction projects for well over 20 years. He started his career in the resort community of Palm Springs, which allowed him to work with many cutting-edge architects, designers, and builders who were pushing the limits of modern and late midcentury construction. With this exposure planted firmly in his psyche, Steve moved to the Central Coast to pursue his passion of Architecture at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
Throughout his career, Steve has held such titles as Division Director, Architectural Designer, Production Manager, Quality Control Supervisor, Account Executive, Customer Service Manager, Construction Consultant, and even Board President. This wide variety of experience is now used on a daily basis in Steve’s work, where he is able to lead a team of talented engineers guided by his wealth of practical experience, attention to detail, and a natural eye for design.

Adam Wardian
Adam is a unique individual with a strong background in computer engineering and technical services. He leads our remote team of specialists with a keen understanding and knowledge of the complexities that come with 3D model building and visualization. His mastery of technology and natural ability to work well with others makes him a trusted resource for the entire team & clientele. What drives his passion is seeing a design come to life & creating a space that our clients will love for a lifetime. He takes pride in his ability to solve complex issues, while maintaining an eye-catching design.
LEAD OF ADMINISTRATION
Lauren Nelson
Lauren (she/they) is a kind and compassionate team player who keeps us organized and focused on delivering top quality materials in a timely manner. She professionally handles all account management needs with a sense of encouragement and a helpful attitude of appreciation. Lauren is also eager for the chance to use her administrative skills to ensure effective communication and brings a positive outlook to the daily interactions between our contractors and clients.
Having spent most of her life by the ocean, environmental conservation education is immensely important to Lauren. Like many of us here on the Central Coast, she believes in living life with empathy and determination. Her favorite quote sums up her perspective: "Life is too short to be unhappy."
